The LMP Mentorship Program

The Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology Student Union is pleased to present the Specialist students with a mentorship opportunity. The LMP Mentorship Program was first launched as a pilot program in the 2015-16 academic year and was well-received by both mentees and mentors. Since then, we made many exciting changes to enrich the learning of our students and to further the tight-knit community LMP is known to have. We are back again with our LMP Mentorship Program for the 2021-2022 year, which will be launched later this year. If you are in 2nd or 3rd year and would like some advice on upper-year courses, career planning or just life in general, this program is perfect for you. And for those of you in 3rd or 4th year, you may have advice and guidance that you would like to share with the greater LMP community – if this is you, sign up to be a mentor!

Program requirements:

Mentee: 2nd or 3rd year student in the LMP specialist program

Mentor: 3rd or 4th year student in the LMP specialist program
